With years of experience across green energy start-ups, digital transformation, sustainability, project management, service development and innovation in the built environment, I've developed deep insights into what drives successful change initiatives.

We leverage technology effectively, implement processes that enhance both employee potential and operational efficiency, and constantly refine our approach through measured outcomes. I have unique skill set:

I have led 60+ innovation initiatives across placemaking, buildings, transport, water, renewable developers, academia, tech start-ups & NGO's.
I am an expert in Digital Transformation. Examples of projects include national geospatial data systems, parametric design tools, employee onboarding apps, water company pollution monitoring & reduction systems. My tech stack experience includes Grasshopper, Dynamo, Office 365, GIS, Python, Matlab, R, Javascript, AutoDesk.
I developed novel carbon reduction approaches in the buildings, transport and water sector that prioritise early-stage carbon reduction decisions for which I was nominated for an IET Excellence and Innovation Award.

I have developed clear, actionable strategic plans for 4 built environment consultancies.
Although I am an innovation expert, I also understand the coal face of consultancy delivery, having project managed design projects with an annual income of £2m+.
